Canine company dog daycare

Canine company was born on the belief the all canines need company .....too many dogs spend long days alone whilst there owners have to work .......
Dogs are pack animals and many are bred to work and so become bored and frustrated home alone , which often leads to behavioral problems such as excess barking , chasing shadows , chewing etc

We provide a structured day for your dog , where all his needs will be met ... So he can be a happy , fulfilled and balanced dog ....

Dogs can be dropped off in the morning first thing he will have is a long pack walk with his fellow pack members ( length depending in the individual needs of the dog and his personal energy level .)
This ensures that once ,everybody is together at canine company , everybody plays appropriately and that there is no pent up energy in the dogs which may lead to rough play or even aggression ....
Activities will depend on what each dog needs older low energy dogs might just laze around in the sun for a couple of hours after their walk , and watch the younger ones play !
More active dogs may play in the pool provided or we might play with the more active dogs ...
All dogs will be provided a place to rest and chill areas to relax ...
We have created various areas for the dogs inside and out ..
We have heated dayrooms for cold or rainy days with comfey beds and old sofas , tv and radio ......
It has all the home comforts of your living room and is a great area for dogs to relax ..
Dogs are supervised at all times by myself or a trained member of staff who is trained in dog behaviour , which ensures any incidents are nipped in the bud ...even before they happen ! Understanding dog body language is key to this.

We also offer a home boarding service for our daycare dogs ...

After years of looking after a large pack of dogs including clients dogs and various rescues and rehabilitation cases , We have the relevant expertise to manage a large group of dogs . We have the space and the facilities to have sub - groups if deemed necessary ....
All dogs have to spend an induction day with us , where a risk assessment will tell us if a dog is sutible for daycare ...
Unfortunately dogs who are dog aggressive , won't be ok in a group situation ....
However we can help for any behavioral problems in the form ...one to one lessons ... Please ask for details ...
We also provide a dog washing service and dogs can be shampooed and dried for a small cost , so your canine companion is returned to you smelling wonderful !!!
All dogs will become valued members of our pack .. And when you pick them up after a hard day at the office ...
You will see that your dog will be happy ,calm and content after spending a day with friends...
