HG1 Osteopathy is owned and run by Jill Green BSc (Hons) Ost. Jill graduated from Oxford Brookes University and has established her own practice in Harrogate.

Cranial Treatments:

For babies, toddlers and adults cranial osteopathy is a gentle treatment that can help overcome the strains of birth, mechanical stress, and anxiety stress from the daily grind of work. Babies often have problems with feeding, colic, general irritability and sleeping. It is also beneficial for toddlers & teenagers suffering from ear infections, sinus, dental and jaw disorders as well as headaches and asthma.
