It was so kind of you to take plenty of time in advance of our wedding to discuss what was important to us and also share your experiences from other weddings. The fact that you took the time to travel from Harrogate to London to survey the venue and meet with the event planner to discus their concerns about photographers at the venue was truly much appreciated by all. You made what is a very unnatural process for the ordinary person feel very comfortable, your easy manner and terrible jokes were very welcome at a time that could otherwise have been very stressful. I was surprised to see so many photos of guests and special moments captured as you somehow managed to blend in so no one felt ill at ease.
